I got my 2XL and Bellroy case today. Yaaaay!

Love the phone. LOVE IT. Bad screen and all. Just hope the image burn-in isn't an actual burn-in but image retention. Anyway, the case, not so much. The biggest problem is that this is the first time ever, and I mean EVER, that a case is more slippery than the phone itself. I used the phone for a couple of hours and actually loved how the back and sides have a nice grip to them compared to other phones. I put the case on and the phone slipped out out of my hand within minutes (luckily on thick carpet). So that's the first and biggest issue. Second issue is that it's impossible to press the power and volume buttons with the case on. The buttons are way too recessed with the case on and the cutouts are too small. Third, the case creates this valley along the front screen that becomes a dust magnet. Forth, the texture of the leather definitely feels more like plastic than leather. If you compare this to the Apple made iPhone leather case (I don't do iPhone - but familiar with their leather case), you'd give the Apple made case a 8/10 and the Bellroy something like a 2/10, especially when you consider the price.

It's going back once I get an RMA # :(
