You can also change speed by changing value of windowsmgr.max value 200 to more then as you want

Qc3.0 is to fast charge the information screen, I think brush this soon. Before because of the motherboard or power ic there is a problem, can not charge electricity, the more charge the lower, after brushing the kernel to solve, but not before fast. Now brush this, the screen is charging fast, people may not know fast in information screen。

Tested today. Used patch for custom ROMs not full, thermal-engine.conf file only. Worked but... Charging not stable. Jumping in Amp and Volt from 2.5-2.9А 6.5V to 0.6-0.7А 7.6V.
Phone heat up to 45 deg.
My ROM ElixirOS 8.1 with Beacon_kernel_3s_oreo_beta_4.zip.

Bro I personally felt this update for MIUI ROM's slowed down charging speed
To confirm that it is slow I went back to stock, Reeboted and then again flashed the QC 3.0 MIUI file( which I actually re-download today )
I don't find charging speed difference from stock ROM
Again I felt it, not 100% sure
Maybe give an another update or DM me the old one to recheck charging speeds
EST time in lock screen is showing 3.5 hours from 10%to 100%
