Quick lunch problem

Hi. I saw there's a option in "System UI Tuner"
Quick luncher about "invert color" I tried to select it but it doesn't show in my quick luncher..

Not that this helps. But I could not get it to work either. I couldn't even change the order of those buttons in the UI tuner

My biggest problem with quick lunch is the stomach cramps
