I want ask, I have now pixel 7 pro and I really like quick setting panel viz screenshot.
It is possible to have it some how on S23U?

You can change your Rom to pixel experience. its a gsi but its working fine

That need doing root and install custom pixel ROM that is right? I was hope it possible just some app or non root modified

Dont know if there is an app which you can use but Apps which changes quick settings also run bad without root cause sometimes you can see the Samsung one then or both at the same time its buggy :/ maybe you can try to use an Theme (overlay) which tries to "copy" that Look? Like with hex installer and Aosp Q plugin. But i dont know if its full working on oneui 5.1 yet...
