Is there a way to add more options to the Quick Settings toggle? Where do I go to add/edit or remove?

No. This looks like standard 4.2.2.

Kind of limited. I've only seen 4.2.2 on custom ROMs with more options and features.

I agree. I didn't know stock quick toggles was so limited either.
