QuickPanel settings and percentage battery for 4.0.4

For xperia neo with ICS 4.0.4 here is a quick panel settings with 15 toogles and battery percentage;many thans for qiuck panel is for :" muzontnt"
Make a backup dowload on your phone and instal with CWM(for a clean instalation make wipe data cache and wipe dalvik cache.
UPDATE:here is other quick panel named systemblue;many thans for "drew261920" for blue icons.
UPDATE 2 :i make an upgrade : i sell xperia neo and buy an xperia s and its hard to me to fix a clock
but i will try.

You cant change 24 hours its a bug;i hope i have time and brain to recompile.

Tried on 4.0.3 work like a charm , right up clock is 24H,and this blue is soo nice.

the best way is to downgrade to 4.0.3 and root it and do the ota update ...otherwise you can check this out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1678690

Unfortunately i dont have xperia neo and it hard for me to fix;i hope to find somebody with xperia neo or someone to my work.
