The text from drop-down menus is invisible ... any ideas why? (I contacted the developer and he said "the text on menu is standard color of android" ).
Possible because of nook/android version/eInk screen?

Install older version of quickpic to fix that.
Nook color palette is messed up a bit which causes menus to be invisible (white text on white background).
To this day nobody had enough time/motivation to fix this and it has been signalled up many times. Tldr. It's B&N fault not apk's developer.

I got a fix from developer... just had to change color theme of th app. Unfortunately, without seeing the menu enties i could not figure this by myself...
This is the fix:
Try: click the last item of this menu, then you will go to Settings, and try disable the general option "ICS style menu"
