As mentioned before, the modified magisk zip is probably much easier. I only patched the boot.img because i was unaware of the modified zip. But just incase you do want it anyways, here ya go mate.

For those of you who have an echo, try turning off Hey Google, as that is what solved it on most of the other ROMs.
Did you flash TWRP after flashing the ROM?

not true, I am using twrp-installer-3.4.0-0-guacamole.zip, it's working fine, just follow the instructions listed in OP
Twrp need to be updated cause if you set a pin to unlock the device, when you write your pin it say always wrong and can't decrypt.
Is a knowed issue.
I don't have that problem, I have -> wipe/ ->format data /-> yes, I am not asked for PIN
I mean if you return into twrp from system full working and you have a pin, memory can't be decrypted cause give error also if pin was correct, formatting data you will loose all the files and it can't be done just for flash something from twrp.
I always format data after flashing a new ROM, it's kinda my own best practice
I'm also do the same before or after a flash of a Rom but I'm saying that if you setup the Rom and use a pin to unlock, rebooting into twrp you can't decrypt memory cause the pin wasn't recognised.
This happen only on android 11 with this Rom actually.

It's a bit of a pain but you can always remove pin and boot into TWRP and do your thing then set pin again.

just download the manager app and install the a11 zip on twrp?1
works great! Only A11 ROM I know of that still works for Verizon. You'd have to go back to YAAP from 11-11-2020 for any other ROM that worked on VZW.
