Dear Sir. I am new. Please help to explain that if I down all cab file and install manually all. Means I already up the R1 rom to R3 rom or do I need to do futher uprom process ( If yes, how can I do it )

i guess it depends what you want to do. If you just want to upgrade your phone, then use the update-software provided by SonyEricsson. If you want to change language from one language to an other, then you need to follow the guides in this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=665564

I think that the original poster of these cabs is mixing numbers. We have now MR2 available, not MR3!

with cabs l have not...l need cabs not rar files..l can not extract..tried but no success

if you have winrar on your computer cab files are associated to it. well atleast mine was . . .

those are no issue...l dont have any lock to extract cab files from software they provide in other thread..l just download generic uk from thred where is all reay extracted...but my native mr1 was generic en...so that is why l wait to some extract cabs from generic en

Anybody got the Transcriber.cab ? With the latest Mr2 release the handwriting is gone. To get it back, we would need that transcriber cab.

I cannot find it in any of those uploaded cabs. Thanks!

The UK X2 has the tileWave colour as Red...does this also have it red?It would be SUPER AWESOME!

Can't be, because all roms (that i have checked) are identical except those cabfiles that specify the language-version for the device.

If this is a special-rom, then please post here the device-info. If this differs from the list of device-infos i have on track, then i'll create a custom cab that you could use for getting the same look..
