I've tried both of your stagefright free kitkat version, in both cases i followed the installation guides (twrp-2.8.6.0-bacon, not the alternative way) but i have extreme battery issues, with this version 11 android os eating battery up in 13 hours sleep.
I dont understand why i am the only one experiencing this, need help. Do i need to install radio files? if so it's not so clear on the installation guide.

The thing is i never had any of these problems with stock cm 11/11s, atleast not so bad, and the drain i had with stock cm11 i fixed with privacy guard.

Hi, The installation is clear, do you not install CM11 Radio, you need install... Install from fastboot.

Check the wakelock to detect what can this causing the problem of drain.
Ok thanks, i'll report back asap.

Okay for the wakelock detector i can say the following, it's awake all the time when screen is off but it doesn't show which app it is, see picture. This is with the trwp install with separate gaps.

I did the alternative radio install now.. maybe helpt. i'll report back.

That might be because of the system update service. Try disabling wake up and keep awake for google play services.

Thanks for help, i tried with and without disable wake up and keep awake, it doesnt really show any difference.

With new alternative radio installed same results.
Deep sleep, 0.9 seconds
total awake time 27m 22 s
screen-on time 2 m 56 s
awake time 24 minutes

And its not really showing any apps who are keeping it awake,
only
Clock 4 seconds
calendar 2 seconds
calendar storage 0.2 seconds
keep 0.0 seconds

And thats it.

I've turned off wifi and deepsleep now better, i'll let it sleep for a while to see if thats the main problem so we can narrow it down to Internet activity of something.

Edit: Well with wifi off deep sleep fine.
Wifi on always awake but no apps are showing it in wakelock detector..

Working nicely, so far. Amazed at how much of a difference in battery life there is over LP. Been trying out MahdiROM, AOKP, LiquidSmooth, etc. Glad someone is still showing KK some love!

I know this might be a stupid question, but how are people able to get AK kernel working on KK? I spent all night searching and couldn't fond anything lol.

At another thread, OP at first using Lanchon build which was based on last snapshot of cm11 and then he released v2 based on Calkullin cm11s 44s.

Yes I can see from the title it is based on cm11, yet in the OP it is written based on cm11s source. My question is what version of cm11?

Is based on Nighty, is different of Lanchon and Calkullin, this ROM is build from source.
