Been wondering the same. 4T.28 is the latest I know of, and has been running well here.Been awhile since I've been around but anything new or have everyone moved on to the m8?[emoji41]

Unfortunely you are locked in by the Bands supported in your Sprint HTC One. TELCEL uses 1700 MHz for LTE; your phone uses 1900 MHz for LTE. The only band that both your phone and TELCEL have in common is GSM 850 for 3G. To answer your question, using a radio from AT&T will not help you the bands are built into the phone.Im curios if i can flash the att ota 4.4.2 modem on my m7 sprint, im bootloader unlocked and s-off. As far as I know.. It is advisable to go step by step rather than jumping directly from one firmware to the other..Can any one tell me what I have to do to upgrade to 6.xx latest firmware if I'm on 3.xx att firmware?I have to jump from 3.xx to 6.xx if possible. And also if anything went wrong flashing the firmware can I go back to the custom recovery and restore the nandroid backup?
I'm on a HTC m7 ATT ,s-off,insertcoin 4.4.3

I may be wrong.. Someone more knowledgeable please correct me if I am..
So what is incremental updates did you do it with RUU'S?I was too lazy to go hunt through broken and expired downloads links so decided to try incremental updates:
flashed from
1.26.502.15 --> 3.17.502.3 --> 4.18.502.7 --> 5.12.502.2
on m7ul AT&T, confirmed that the device is now on the latest (5.12.502.2) and working fine.
This m7att is S-OFF, so any firmware version can be flashed on the spot. It's been recommended to flash firmwares in the order that you would receive an OTA as if you were on Stock S-ON.So what is incremental updates did you do it with RUU'S?
