The latest firmware is the developer ota 3.22 in OP.
1. Reboot into bootloader and do fastboot getvar all and post screenshot if you need help reading it.
2. It just means I removed the stock. What ever custom rom you are on already has it. So no need to flash anything else. I removed the stock recovery because we all have a custom recovery. Everything will be fine.
