How do I know the AWS is unlocked after I flashed the unlock version? Thanks in advance
If you are in USA you have to see the T-mobile network in search networks.
If you are in Mexico you have to see Nextel network.
If you are in Canada I don't have idea....

I am in San Diego and I only see AT&T. I flashed the ATT unlock version. What could go wrong here? Let me flash it again.
Basically if sim is unlocked, this is useless then. Only if the phone is sim locked, this is a benefit. Am I correct?

if you are in a company with aws network like tmobile and your unlocked with a att phone do you not receive 3g /4g speeds until you do this mods
nop you can be sim unlocked but not aws unlock.. With this mod you will conect to your aws networks of your carrier if they have it like tmobile
For 1337M I dont have a zip already have to wait until tomorrow I will create a zip and a tar for aws unlock 1337M
Aws is a networks technology and its used in some carriers is like 3g/4g
If your cellphone is from a carrier that not have aws and change to a carrier like t mobile you have to do this to receive this network speeds

For those wondering. .. If you're on a Canadian network such as Bell/Telus, Rogers/Fido.. and you're using a tmo or att rom. .. You will not face these restrictions unless traveling to the u.s and are on a u.s network...
