I'm also on AEX Oreo how should I do the baseband flash? Is it a zip or did you flash via PC giving the commands? Thank you .
Download latest baseband image file to a folder of your choice. Boot to recovery. Goto the install section of your TWRP. Open the folder you saved the baseband image to. Hit install image button. Select the baseband image. Install then reboot. Done. No wipes necessary.
Edit: it's a zip of course, my mistake! easy flashing...thanks to weimerd for being on guard!!!

it is a flashable zip, just flash with twrp.
You can use latest baseband of 3.5 without problems.

hello to all!I flashed Version 3.5.243 ST radio and when restarting smartphone nothing on screen and after about 30 sec i press power button shortly and see that android is working. When try to restart in recovery - black screen. Now i cannot restore last radio because i can not enter in recovery.

kindly tell me which radio version you had before?
Try pressing power button for 3 minutes.
I did not wrote number of previous radio version.

Go to fastboot and check your status bootloader . If still unlock just install twrp again .
Sorry man , I don't understand you . You've written that your system is working . Just use command prompt on your pc and run fastboot mode on your phone.

install zui
install twrp
install custom rom

You cannot. If flashing finished you have new baseband. Devs have not bothered with baseband designation update.
