I flashed clean aex 5.7 and i don't have 4G. So I have upgraded to 3.5.376 and still had no 4G than tried your fix and still no 4G. Do you think is there any solution that i can try?

check with your carier if you get 4G in your area and if your contract integrates 4G. 4G can be limited by your contract as well.
I was using stock rom which had 4g network. But not in the aex 5.7

Erasing modem state fix it.
fastboot -i 0x2b4c erase modemst1
fastboot -i 0x2b4c erase modemst2
fastboot -i 0x2b4c erase cache
fastboot -i 0x2b4c reboot
I already mentioned that by writing "tried your fix". I did the fix you mentioned before. Sadly Didn't worked for me.
With 376 what is the wifi link speed you get? I can't get more than 72mbps and i think i had a higher link speed.

It's necessary to flash the new persist image? Have you test the baseband without?

I flashed both. Everything is fine. (Aex 5.8)
Battery life still the same.
No wlan-signal-drops anymore.
Bluetooth devices have to be paired again.

What is different in new 4.0.233 version? Is it stable and should I flash it? I am currently using AEX 5.7 rom, what baseband should I flash?

I use it without issues. Cant see any negative. Some reported less power consumption. Cant verifiy that as I dont have a regular usage scenario for my phone at the moment plus using DualSim.
If you dont experience problems with your version now maybe no need to change.
is it normal if i have signal drops on every possible baseband ??
on every custom rom it drops not only on status bar... when it drops i dont have internet connection or cant make a call.... after seconds it back to life... this is very anoying :/

did not experienced that yet with any of my devices. I run two Z2 Pro and maintain 6 more that I gave to friends and family.
I would suggest to flash ZUI 1.9 with qfil, getting up to ZUI 3.5 then and unlock bootloader again, flash twrp latest (twrp.me) and flash a recent CustomRom like AEX or RR.
