radio "sunrise_smb_rev30_v2_r3_enzo_1251.b_sec": baseband update C7/C9/?

Hi,

I've installed an old version of CyanogenMod (20150813) and would like to know if I should update the radio/baseband/modem or similar?
In this forums some people are talking about "C7" and "C9". My baseband seems to be "sunrise_smb_rev30_v2_r3_enzo_1251.b_sec".

What radios are public? Which radio I should flash?

I think C9 is SUNRISE_SMB_REV30_V2_R3_ENZO_1251.B_SEC. If flashed the C9 Version and got the same Baseband Information.
C9 is the latest , as far as i know...
