No bootloop, SSRM Warning popup, i cant underclock some CPU largely controlled system.

Sample: From value of CPU1 which can run 2301 MHz, when i manually change into 17xxMHz. After few seconds revert into controlled by system state.

hi i need testers to test the rainbow kernel, the rainbow kernel update 4 was terrible it took a while to figure out what caused the bootloop so it doesnt happen again i need testers to make sure that the kernel works

whoever tests the two files let me know if it bootloops
