ram unlock ?

it's mentioned in features of xperia neo that it has 512MB of ram
well
in setting>application>running services
not only the amout of ram is not 512 but it changes using different ROMs for example in codename 9.2 i had 256MB and i codename 9.3 i have 320MB of rams
so i figured that there's gotta be a way to unlock the rest of it if i am right
any ideas ?

Well, it is needed for gpu also. So some is dedicated to that. And a lot of other stuff that Sony thinks was necessary.
When devs give u increased ram, they know what they do,
trying to do to much of this stuff may permanently brick your phone.
So be happy with what u get....

First of all.
use a program to report totall ram
the built-in task manager is crap
It always reports random numbers.
Just a notice:
if you install v6 built-in manager will report way less total ram on gignerbread
(oh and the rest of the ram around 200mbs are used for your gpu camera and such things..
