I use the roms inbuilt packages, normally they are in between pico and nano as far as included apps go.
Except PE, that has the most google apps, understandably

Thanks, do these ROMs support exfat? Also can maximum refresh rate be set to 60hz (like in stock ROM)?
Yeah you can select 60hz or 90hz in display settings. And they should support exfat afaik, my card is fat32
This isn't working. I tried n>3>fastboot -w and then reboot. but it keeps booting back to bootloader. Even the November Evolution X acting same way

Did you installed from stock rom? Try first install evo then one of these roms and do same as instructions.
yeah, i installed from stock ROM at first. But when it didn't boot I flashed again.
I tried flashing Evo X (November) multiple times and same happens. I've now flash stock ROM back and it boots fine
I was talking about evo x rom. I have no problems flashing evo x rom November it's boots all the time but in begging when tried install any of these 3 roms had issue on booting it's reboots into bootloder but then did as described in 1st post did all the instructions in tiny script press r flash rom then 6 delete data after that did n then 3 type fastboot -w them fastboot reboot and it booted fine all 3 of them. I think you miss some steps and I don't know why even evo x rom don't boot on you phone.

Obviously looks like it needs to be flashed. Now I do see these ROMs don't have it for whatever reason. Maybe phone can't boot without it.
However stock ROMs do have it. And probably custom ROMs that boots have it too.
So then which vbmeta.img should I flash? From a stock ROM or from a custom ROM that has it? Which verison?
How do I flash it and at what stage of installing a custom ROM should it be flashed? Thanks

My friend I didn't flashed any vbmeta to these roms and they working for me fine after format userdata and metadata by typing fastboot -w. In the end try to boot evo x rom first then you shoud have no problems to boots these is well.
Yeah mate, Motocamera is working, i havent used nfc but nobody told me it isnt working yet.

I've been able to finally boot g100 into havoc OS after flashing vbmeta.img but sim doesnt work. same with msm xtended. i've reinserted few times already and factory reset.
maybe you need to fix the ROM or provide more detailed instruction if I missed anything

I haven't tested the ones from updated links yet. But the Havoc OS didn't have long screenshot.

3So im kinda lazy, and don't want to make a new thread for each of my builds, so i will share them here if they are decent enough.
INSTALLATION:
You MUST have an unlocked bootloader
TINY FASTBOOT SCRIPT - First Time Install / Clean Flash
1. Download the ROM zip and TinyFastbootScript
2. Extract both zip files into the same folder on your PC
3. Run flash.bat and install latest Motorola drivers
4. Reboot device to bootloader mode and connect to PC
5. Select Flash Custom Firmware (option r)
6. Wait for the program to flash all images
7. After flashing, in the tinyfastboot main menu, press n, then press 3, then type fastboot -w and enter
8. Once finished, Reboot to System
Update / Dirty Flash
1. Download the ROM zip
2. Extract the ROM files into the same folder as previous update
3. Reboot device to bootloader mode and connect to PC
4. Select Flash Custom Firmware (option r)
5. Wait for the device to flash all images
6. Once finished, Reboot to System
All my builds will be GAPPS INCLUDED, and no, i WONT make you a vanilla version.

18-3-22 - Havoc OS 4.14 added (feb patch)11Well, I finally got your dotOS build to function on my phone, but the way I installed it is slightly different from the instructions you posted. Here's what I did (clean flash):
1. Extract official Edge S/Moto G100 firmware to the same folder as TinyFastbootScript's flash.bat
2. Reboot to bootloader (fastboot) on your phone and connect it to PC (assuming you have latest Motorola drivers installed)
3. Run flash.bat and press 1 to flash AP
4. Press 6 to factory reset
5. Press 9, then 2 to reboot to bootloader
6. Press X to exit TFS
7. Remove everything from the TinyFastbootScript folder (except the tools folder and flash.bat)
8. Extract the custom ROM folder to the TFS folder
9. Run flash.bat and press R to flash the custom firmware.
10. Press X to exit
11. Press the power button on your Edge S/Moto G100 to reboot to system and enjoy!
As an added bonus, once you follow those instructions and go through initial setup, you can safely install the unofficial TWRP with little to no issues (Touch screen always works on TWRP for me). I'd tell you how, but then it would be offtopic.
Also, quick review on dotOS: TWRP works, VoLTE works, VoWiFi should work, 5G works, Smart Charging built in, all more than I can say of LineageOS 18.1 and up. EDIT: Tradeoff is that whenever you connect your phone via HDMI, it just doesn't work; it restarts your phone whenever it detects an HDMI connection, but when you try to reboot it with HDMI still connected, it stays on the Motorola screen.
