Random power outage?

Lately I've been experiencing random power outages with my phone it'll turn off an on and get bootlooped and I'll have to pull the battery and turn it back on even though it's at 70 percent or 50 percent or it'll just reboot all on its own and not bootloop also half my notifications don't look like what they're supposed to they just show up almost like a blank white flag... it's a white square and three white lines next to it
