Does any one having solution on random reboot open beta 19 oneplus 3T
Kernel: blue spark
Root: magisk

Then it sounds like it is one of your Magisk modules. Look at your Magisk logs, or disable all of the modules and test them one at a time until you find the one causing the crashes.

I had the same issue while I was on Freedom OS based on latest stable and bluspark kernal then I switched to Audax based on latest beta with the Franco kernal. So far no random reboots and the battery life is better. I got 16 h stand by along with 5:30 hours of SOT!
A short term fix that delayed the random reboot for me was clearing all cache from recovery.

Reboot starred when "dirac" got Force stop, I got it fixed by uninstalling v4a zip from XDA and using v4a magisk module
1. used unbrick tool to complete wipe
2. Updated to beta 19
3. Factory reset with internal wipe
4. Rooted with magisk and using only v4a module
