Random Reboots and kernel panic upload mode

I just got an i9100 which was working great but now.. It starts getting crazy in stock ics/jb i get random reboots and shut downs when the the screen is turned off and when i downgrade to gb i get kernel panic upload mode.. Even custom roms do the same bugs.. I tried everything i can guys please help

Hi sir! Currently my s2 korean variant is running on cm13, it's a great custom rom but yes... We're having the same problem with our phones. What can be the solution to yhis??? Can anyone please help us???? Thanks in advance!
