Resurrection remix 10/29 latest build.
Xposed not installed.
I Don't have any idea about clocking.
I don't know how to take logs.

Random Reboots

You need to grep last_kmsg in Nougat roms from sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops-0

I am also experiencing random reboots. While watching video and also random. Here is the only file I could find. Can you help me out? I tried reading the file on notepad++ but cant figure out what caused this last reboot.

Which rom? You should send it to the dev of the rom. For me it seems to be a problem while mounting storage, but maybe I'm wrong...

moto g4 shut down issue solved

1st day after a fix which i got yesterday about 2:00 am
i bought a new moto g4 plus and it has the same popular issue of random shutdown whenever i pick up calls play music or any otp arrives........etc
one of the xda developer member told me about just
unplugging and replugging the battery fixed to whole lot of ****ing pain in my ass ! damm it's the first day since i bought it that it has lasted till now (i charged it in morning ) and with no shut downs i am in heaven

hope that all go as it is now ......just waiting for the next morning as mostly my phone shuts down itself at night when i am asleep and the ****ing alarm could not beep in the morning !
but today i am bit confident that it will last

motorola service centre asked for ₹2500? but my local
shop guy did it what i told him to do( same plugging replugging for just 50 rs. :laugh:

Moto G4 shut down issue

So the unplugging and re-plugging the battery worked but is it still working without any problem?
I have a Moto G4 Plus that's giving me the same kind of trouble, It shuts down when opening apps or during a call and sometimes when I take it out of my pocket it's switched off.
After 3-4 shut downs when I power up the phone the battery gets depleted, but when It's connected to a charger it works fine.

I just did this last night and the phone has worked perfectly since, drained it all the way to 0% twice - before that it was shutting down almost every time the speaker went off with the battery below 80% (sometimes even higher) or the phone vibrated. I assume the contact was shaky and any vibration was causing loss of power.

Just so you know, it is not nearly as easy as it sounds - there are 19 tiny (T3 torx) screws you have to remove. There is a youtube vid you can find, you also have to unplug a panel connector. Taking out the plug is tricky mine broke. I managed to put it back together with a jeweler's loupe and a par of tweezers but it was a PITA. i doubt it is going to last in which case I will just buy a new battery.

i faced the same problem.. my moto g4 plus is getting switched off atleast twice a day.. i need a solution for the same..m quite new to this so don't send those codes to me,, tell me what to do exactly.
