As anybody figured out a way of turning off this. It constantly comes on . I have it off , under WiFi settings I have everything off (automatic WiFi coming on for low signal ,etc ) help please . Thanks !

Update : so didn't realized I downloaded Xfininty WiFi app while ago , I saw it in my phone then deleted it . WiFi hasn't come back on since ! Dumb me ,duh !
