Rapidly losing patience with Wileyfox

Ordered a replacement screen protector for my Swift 2x. First attempt at delivery by UKMail on saturday (so they say despite us being home all day). Apparently has to be signed for by someone at my address. Tried to ask to deliver to neighbour but no can do.

Have tried contacting Wileyfox, 2 x email, 1 x via website and now 1 x twitter with no reply.

Is this normal customer service for them? Trying to stick with the phone as it's an ok phone for the price despite the camera but dont like this kidn of customer service.

May try a Nokia next. (Yep, I do sulk ;))

Wileyfox has gone into administration. I wouldn't count on much in the way of support from them going forward, the company is circling the drain.
