Hi, yup I notice I disabled both pocket mode and lift to display and it is working ok nowSomeone on telegram group reported that disabling 'Always-on panel' and 'Lift to check phone' under display settings seems to have fixed it for them... might wanna try that

How to flash from 1908.12 to 1910.44 without lose data. My phone is not rooted or unlocked , but have changed fingerprint from CH to WW if thats needed.
There's a new release of CN rom, it'll only be a day or two until ww gets it, so not much wait for it :good:

What do you mean, did you place this zip in root of storage? It's not that kind of rom, it's a raw rom. You need to extract it on pc and run flashall_AFT.cmd

No, not as long as your fingerprint matches your ww rom. Just extract the raw rom you downloaded to the root of C drive on your pc, remove the original zip from that same folder. Put your phone into fastboot mode by holding volume up and power until you see a menu. That's fastboot mode on that menu screen. Connect phone to your pc and run flashall_AFT.cmd from the extracted folder and wait 5 to 10 minutes. Your phone will reboot once its done. No need for root

It's because you have a CN, you can only do CN updates

Can I get some assistance, please? I'm quarantined, and all I have to do is play with my phone. I'd love to get this working. I followed the steps, but the WW flash isn't working. I verified that my bootloader is unlocked. I extracted the files to the root of C:\. I verified that "Flashboot devices" sees my phone. Running flashall_AFT.cmd on the WW ROM results in the error: "FAILED, fastboot.exe flash all WW_ZS660KL_16.0631.1910.35_M3.13.33.30-ASUS_1.1.207_Phone-user.raw failure, EXIT!" I can't find any more current WW Raw ROMS as all the files seem to have disappeared.
Other info: Windows 10 x64, Intel laptop. Tried in an admin CMD prompt, and standard. I can flash back to CN no problem, but the ROM is in Chinese, even after setting the language to English.
The end of the log file states:
Sending sparse 'system' 3/8 (524284 KB)...
FAILED (data write failure (Unknown error))
Finished. Total time: 112.475s

Have you checked or changed the fingerprint to WW to match the installed rom? You can use device info hw from playstore to check your fingerprint... Only when it matches the rom will you be able to update
Well... my device came with WW ROM but it had the Chinese fingerprint CN which I recently changed to WW with a tutorial I saw on here.
Therefore I don't think the fingerprint must match WW rom just to install it, as with all my messing around I did use raw ROM more than once before finally changing the fingerprint to WW.
I will share a link to this file soon (it took some time to find it, the link shared in a post elsewhere on here was not working) :

I assume you know to put the phone into fastboot seeing you have managed to flash CN.
Here is the link to a more current WW ROM than what you were trying to use. I have used it myself without issues:

Hi, thanks for the replys, If anyone can help, I am using a tencent with global rom and my phone will not update either OTA or by manual file update from Asus website. I have checked fingerprint is WW, phone is not rooted and afaik the bootloader is locked, I dont get any message on boot about a unlocked bootloader. My phone passes all checks on safetynet app, I just get system update failed, I am currently on WW_16.0631.1910.44_0. I think there is raw files for the version above this ends in 64 I think. Maybe I should just start again with flashing a raw version, apparently force flashing a update from the Asus website can delete partitions and leave original fingerprint which could be the case with my device, thats how I received the phone, im sure it was sealed in the box but as you know Asus do not support Tencent version with global rom, im just quite new to this phone so im stuck on Android 9 1910.44
