- copy cm9 and gapps ics on sdcard
- install boot.img with fastboot flash boot boot.img (with adb)
- entry CWM , format :cache,data,system on cwm
- on CWM full wipe and format cache
- install update from sdcard
- install gapps ics
- reboot

i have flash cm9 nd it is great.i found some issues，the new launcher
some times Fc，when it auto locks cant wake up my phone then auto reboot.i have all wipe nd format，flash two times but have same issues.
