Though I tried it and it broke down when I try to enter Setting.

Works on my Ray. Intermittently the system restart, and one occasion the phone freeze, very hot and no display. After taken of the battery system back to normal.

Overall very good for a start of ICS

Bored too....disappointed sometime......My Old device Xperia 8 is far more better customized rom and many developers are supporting it....

You already jump to Ray... Myself jump to Nexus S... So many custom ROM and Kernel for ICS... Look like I make a good jump eventhough Nexus S a bit older than Ray

That will take a while.

For many things we'll have to wait for libs from SEMC.

They've been pretty good to the community but we're not likely to get them before they release their own ICS ROM ... patience.

Bug report

Graphics get messed up when entering settings
Browser wont stay open
doesnt find mobile network for data or calls but knows what network i am on

I too experience graphical glitches when trying to enter my WiFi PSK in the setup assistant.
Also my Modem doesn't seem to work, I'm not prompted for the PIN and Network search in the Settings menu always fails. The Baseband is correctly displayed in the Device info.
Tried with basebands -56, -58 and -64.
