Will it break something in a XT890vodafone_fr with kitkat (and BL unlocked)? I can't flash TWRP 3.0.2 on this one (endless flashing). What's the way to install ?

I'm back to inform flashing unofficial TWRP 3.0.2-0 over the stock OTA4.4.2-vodafone-fr worked from the beginnig. I was just confused as there is no "Success" message on the device while flashing and it only displays "flashing..." forever. Although watching carefully the PC terminal from where the ./fastboot flash recovery recovery.img command was issued, there are 2 success messages : 1st of uploading to device, and a second one on the end of flashing. This last is the one that I may not have seen.
Now my reco is TRWP and the device is BL unlocked and still unrooted and I did a TWRP backup which saved 3 partitions (boot system and data) I wander how I could reverse to the current config if new ROM doesn't work as expected.
Is there somewhere to flash back this OTA4.4.2-vodafone-fr when the device will be rooted and a new ROM is installed, and where to find this OTA. Or maybe the current backup is enough, but I have no more the stock recovery image. Maybe the current state of my device could help to find back the latest OTA so that I can share it here.

Again, this is stock Razr I EU OTA from 4.1.2 to 4.4.2
This should be very handy for the ones who still haven't received the OTA so you can flash it manually.

No, those are not fastboot files, only the OTA. There are no released fastboot files available for kitkat so there is nothing you can flash with RSD1
CWM can't flash the stock update. U will need the stock recovery to get it working.
The ota shouldn't delete any data at all afaik.1
The stock recovery can be extracted from a RSD-Lite package. Than reboot in fastboot and use the command "fastboot flash recovery <recovery>". Now u will have the stock recovery instead of CWM.
Do know that going from 4.1.2 to 4.4.2 with the OTA update requires no modification to the system partition, except from adding files. Modifying files or deleting files from the system partition will make the update fail. So if u only have root installed through recovery then there is a hugh change everything works. But if u deleted some bloatdware, then it most likely will fail.
