But considering that the advantage aren't that huge, if somebody already have the razr is not worth spend money on the s3Wow if only the camcorder was the reason to buy a smartphone

I have noticed the RAZR camera is inferior only to Real cameras, and nokia, is on par with HTC, and as shown in the video above samsung and apple. (sgs3 and i4s use same camera)
I personally believe its alot in the post processing too, i4s is more color realistic then the sgs3.
Also ICS RAZR has a amazing camera, not the best in low light, htc wins there, but its more then satisfying especially with the flash. Only weal weird thing is the flash, sound and focus are sometimes out of sync with the photo capture, mostly the flash and sound though.

Nope bootloader will be locked on the S3.I will be going for S3 end of this month because of unlock bootloader. But I will always keep razr until razr HD come-out. I like moto build quality.

That is true because my frinds got One x & S3. One x and S3 are better than razr in every specs and razr is one of the best 2011 phone. For right now S3 & One x make huge different from 2011 phones. I personally wouldn't go for One x because of battery & no SD slot. Will go for plastic summy....
