this profile is INCREDIBLE I've never heard my music this freakin good I use the Sony 1000 XM3 and THIS was the sound I was expecting when I first got them you helped make the experience complete industry leading noise cancellation + this FANTASTIC sound THANKS so much this means more to me as an audiophile than you could EVER know!

I recently bought the XM4 and wondered if you also did? The sound changed a bit from the XM3, more treble, better mid, a little less clarity in the high end. Bass more refined in basic mode without v4a, now after enhancement a bit too strong. I tried to play with the settings but do not get good results. Oh, ok. That's crazy. I didn't know tech was so expensive in Turkey. Hopefully it will get cheaper over time. They have a lot of new features and even for better nc. They are fun.

In the enclosed attatchment, I have stripped out my personal choices.

Kernel: DBX 160SL blue soft ratio.irs (alternative collection of liked .irs also included)
Presets: F5ed-MpoW30-bluetooth-music (alt F5ed-MpoW30-bluetooth-pods)

My philosophy: I prefer to buy cheaper, but good performing earbuds (a great site with good and honest reviews is https://www.scarbir.com/). And I always replace the enclosed eartips with foam because it creates a much better seal (noice isolation) and tighter sound (THE bass to be more specific), once you have tried foam ear tips you will never go back... For those who owns the Sonys XM3, could you guys tell me is it worth do all the root process to install Viper. Because I've got my s20 for about 5 month and rooting the phone means backup the whole phone, wipe everything, etc etc.

I've rooted all my previous phones also to have Viper but now, I'm lazy of doing this. Moreover I'm quite satisfied with the default sound quality.

So the question is: With Viper + good profil, is it a day and night difference for those headphones ? If yes, in which ways ?

Honestly yes, it changes completely the headphone sound, it's pretty awesome! But as you said, the sound is also very good even without it.
