Read /write Cid on windows 10 issue

Hey guys
My u11 is sunshine s-off.
When I type fastboot devices on powershell it gives me phone serial correctly.
But when I type fastboot oem readcid, it fails.
I tested it via both usb 2 and 3.
I want to super cid my phone.

Probly can't be done in PowerShell.
You need Android Tools, most current version, including adb.exe and fastboot.exe.
Start a command window in that folder.
Available many places. Runs fine on Windows10....
