Is it possible to have the file system Read/Write -able on a rooted OP7T? I have mine running on 10.0.9HD65AA (rooted) and the file system is read only.

That is something that Android 10 has introduced. You can't write to /system if booted. You need to be in recovery for this or use Magisk with its overlay capabilities.
I have Magisk, is the overlay needed in the downloads section of Magisk? Also is it possible to take my 7T back to Android 9? Thanks for the info btw!

No, I mean Magisk creates and overlay for /system. All modules you install modify the overlay of /system to change /system.

Like linked to a fake /system to change files inside /system without changing changing them.

You can downgrade to Android 9 via the MSM tool.

I have the MSM tool and have used it successfully to downgrade 10.0.9 to 10.0.7 but its Android 10 still. Where could I find the Android 9 ROMS?

UPDATE: I don't think OP7T ever ran on A9......so its not possible. I guess it's not possible at all to write to system if booted.
