Reading LGUP dump

I have a V20 with a non-functioning screen. It boots fine, but as the touchscreen is not working, I cannot unlock it in order to access my data.

I can also boot to download mode and grabbed a dump from LGUP. For the life of me I cannot get into recovery.

Is there anyway to mount/extract/decrypt the data in an LGUP dump, or is it only readable by LGUP itself when writing to the device? I'm not looking to fix the phone, just a way to retrieve at least some data.

The LGUP dump is a series of IMG files
If you have the userdata rename it userdata.img and you can open it in 7zip

If your looking for pictures and downloads
The internal storage would be in
Data/media/0
