Realme 1 unlock phone pattern (no data loss)

From last 7 days I'm unable to use my phone as it won't unlock despite entering correct pattern. I even entered recovery mode & bingo it accepted the pattern. I don't want to wipe data for no fault of mine. Realme kindly help. I can't even enable USB debugging or else i would've tried to retrieve my data. Google find my phone is useless as no option to change password. Why should I suffer & be forced to lose my documents, camera photos, 2fas due to no fault? Please help.
