REALME 9 4G (RMX3521) update issues

I have a REALME 9 4G (RMX3521) under the RMX3521_11_A05 version, I received the RMX3521_11_A11 update version, but I can't install it. The downloading is always successful, but stucks after that at the extraction step (don't start and stays at 0.0%), I tried many methods, like clearing cache of the "system update app", rebooting, resetting the phone, but no one worked for me.

I tried many thing... but no way ...I'm helpless.. I raised this issue in many forums but no answer. if you find any thing pls tell me.

I think the problem resolved by support. I received new update message, the phone restarted and finished the update. I think the removed this new update. باينة عليكم جزايريين
