Hi @Gornik92! Didn't know about the C.15 version. I connected my VPN app (VPN Unlimited, I have a license) to Germany, searched for updates and the update showed up. I didn't even change the region on the phone - in my case it's Portugal. It's downloading it. Hope everything goes smooth and that the update does improve my phone.

I resolved my problem by switching VPN to Great Britain and it downloaded C.15 version . Screensharing has came back ! I'm so happy. Thanks for your reply!

Wam wszystkim działa, a tak naprawdę nikt nie zrobił zdjęcia z aktualizacji ani nie nakręcił filmiku. To wszystko jeden wielki "bałach" czyli oszustwo.

1.Darmowy Thunder VPN ustaw Germany, tylko dla zainicjowania pobierania, potem można wyłaczyć

2.Please click Settings > App Management > App List, click three dots in the upper right corner > Show system, find Software Update. Click Storage usage and click Clear Data. Then in a good network environment, click again to Settings > About phone > Update to detect whether there is a new version.
3.najpierw będzie to C05 4.2GB , a po zainstalowaniu ponownie połaczenie VPN, reset pamięci jak punkt 2. i pobieranie C15 1.1 GB.
4. podłaczyć ładowarkę na 1-3 godzin.

Hi do you know how to force update to get C.15 version ? I did an update with VPN solution and it worked but what I see is that screenshare option is missing from this version. How can I update from C.05 to C.15 , please help. VPN method doesn't show any update...

Same problem im in c_05 and updater no see any updates

1. Please confirm whether the phone has been unlocked or rooted. If it has been unlocked or rooted, please back up the data and go to the realme Customer Service Center for testing

2. Please click Settings > App Management > App List, click three dots in the upper right corner > Show system, find Software Update. Click Storage usage and click Clear Data. Then in a good network environment, click again to Settings > About phone > Update to detect whether there is a new version.

3. For the upgraded experience, the new version will push upgrade reminders in batches. Different phones will receive the push at different times. You can follow the version upgrade plan in the forum and update to the latest version in time

How is C.16? I had alot of screen locks and many issues with chrome. Any fixes in the update?

On c.16 Sometimes when I unlock my phone with fingerprint screen froze for about 2 sec. But it's not frequently. Chrome frozen

In C.16 I see Games fixed and have controll over other apks like Tune in and Empendium.
How to remowe Games , only rooted?
