@babykiller79, install a VPN app from playstore, a free one (search for it, I don't have any sugestions, I used a paid one), run it choosing the country you want to connect from and try to update the phone.

And I live in Greece and my realme gt is still with the 11_A_17 ui 2.0. The only way I see from other owners is the one with the vpn. How compatible can be a software update version that is intended for another country? If I choose a country e.g. Germany, how compatible is this for my country or would it be more appropriate to wait for a new software version to come out for my country? Thank you

Greek here. Updated today with vpn help. After vpn was set to Germany, update appeared normally. i removed the vpn app and updated as usual.
Everything works like a charm without any data loss.
