Has anyone cracked the rear glass yet? Used mine in same conditions as my Nexus 6 and somehow I cracked the rear glass next to power button. No clue how I've done it as it's actually smaller than the Nexus.

Maybe thats because the N6 has no glass rear, besides that its essential to use a case or a skin on the G6 to avoid damage.

I'm gonna return mines because this is just too much, a lot of people say theirs is cracking in cases, out of cases, scratches, etc. LG isn't honoring it and it's a hefty fee, so forget it - I don't know what ima do because I've oh well I guesses

Key hypothesis seems good ... wondering about sprays

I think I did mine with some keys too ... hypothesis is that the opening in the case for the on-off button/fingerprint sensor wedged a key against the glass, which then exerted a lot of force when I sat down. The greater length of the G6 as opposed to others might make this worse.

There appears to be no available repair (in Australia at least) that purports to restore the waterproofing ... I'm wondering about just spraying some waterproofing spray on the cracked section, with things that need to stay transparent masked.
