That's nice. Are the different lenses exposed to the camera2 api with this update as well? Without access to the ultra wide lens in 3rd party apps i cannot use this phone

I wouldn't do that. Pretty sure the AOD on rear display isn't "moving" to prevent burn in, it just stays in the same spot because Xiaomi designed it that way. It's meant to turn itself off after maximum 30 seconds. Do it at your own risk.

It shouldn't burn in since the time on the clock is always changing but you can have the AOD on the main screen if you want to so this seems kinda pointless imo

https://m.weibo.cn/detail/4639700449233805 (Chinese, use a translator)

So it would seem that users of the internal beta version can shoot Vlog video, Time-lapse photography, Slow motion, Portrait blur, Night scene, Timed continuous shooting, etc.
Perhaps not long now for those on the China Rom or EU variant! :D
So can anyone that installs the (weekly) Xiaomi.eu rom, which is based on the Chinese (beta) rom. It has the Chinese scrpt and bloat removed and Google services added.
