Reboot fix not working for Xperia M dual C2005 build 15.2.A.2.5

I have a Xperia M dual (c2005) with FW 15.2.A.2.5.
Following this guide I've tried to root this:

The half root works perfectly, Titanium Backup runs without problems.
Also the rootfixer seems to work. supersu.bat runs to the end without errors. But after them, link2SD and Folder Mount doesn't work. I get bootloops if I use this APPs.
However, this bootfixer seems to work with other C2005 Xperia M dual devices.

Now I read in a other thread here for C2004 devices, there is is still another reboot fix:

Now I've my device fully rooted and link2SD and Folder Mount works fine.

try using framaroot to root your phone..
