I'm developing an app that needs to receive information about the currently playing song. It seems that there are several ways to achieve this but none of them includes getting that information from the music player "spotify".
Asked around about this, but nobody seems to have a solution. Started a stackowerflow thread.
Yet it must be a way of doing this due to that the lockscreen in android often are able to show this information. So my question to you guys is:
if anybody know how the android lockscreen get hold of this information and how I can do the same in my app!
