recommend app / shortcut to change screen resolution refresh rate

Changing the refresh rate (as is useful to avoid judder) is a pain... have to dig down through the settings menu tree.
Is there a good app that could automate this?
Super extra points if it could be programmed to a button on my remote!

Looks like "tvQuickActions Pro" can change the refresh rate for me!
Some issues, but I will try and contact the developer to improve it.
