Recommend apps/tweaks/ROMS/etc to improve the Nexus 7 experience

Tried the lag fix a while back and it doesn't do anything at least nothing noticeable but maybe because my tablet was fast alrrady.

Had an explore and play, figured out the xposed framework and installed a couple of menus, very impressed with the results but also made me realise just how dumb I am lol
