Yeah I wish more people would talk about debranded T-Mobile varients. Spend hours trying to figure that out last night because apparently no one at the havoc team thought about it

Same here dude, I can't tell you how many times I've bricked my network unlocked Pseudo-Debranded T-Mobile 6T because I hadn't figured out that it was an important factor in choosing the right software and tools to use for it.

I have one question tho, does this recovery mess with India img partiton ? Because on oos11 as soon as i flash the recovery and boot to system my india img stuff (cloud, red cable) are gone.

I have checked this twice and same problem has existed.

I am on custom A12 rom, removed pattern/screen blocking, but still cannot fastboot boot recovery.img (it gets stucked on TWRP boot screen), what am I doing wrong?

Sometimes 6T may fails to decrypt just enter password it will fail select cancel internal will be there

Tried to fastboot boot twrp.img and decrypt as expected (on enchilada),
but if i try to patch this twrp before fastboot boot *, remain in fastboot mode.
so, how i can install this A12 twrp in enchilada with magisk? ty

edit: tried to flash directly (fastboot flash boot patched-twrp.img),, now in recovery bootloop (go continuosly in twrp).

now i've flash again a backup boot.img (magisk patched los recovery) and boot without problem (magisk valid).
so, sorry, do not work as expected here.

Just flash magisk from twrp. No need to patch boot.

This is a deprecated way. The official supported way is patch image mode.

This is a deprecated way. The official supported way is patch image mode.

Well twrp is not a full boot image. You can patch any boot image with whatever kernel and it will work. Much easier to install in twrp tho.

That's what the zip is for. And a patched boot image will have nothing to do with twrp.

Ok, ty. Today i test to install TWRP in zip format. Just hope this do not remove root

Edit: installed twrp.zip, this go in both slot but, at the end, advice me root is removed.
So, flash magisk.zip still via twrp before reboot and now im rooted with latest twrp and work as expected in android 12.
All seems to work as expected, but still cannot understood if there is any way to install/maintain root without use magisk.zip (like from readme, seems to be a deprecated way).
