Hi,

After installing twrp, I can't click buttons.
When I touch the screen I can only bring it from dim light.

Note that I can use twrp commands from adb.

Screen seem out of service.
I have reinstalled stock rom to check, everything is ok.
I attach the recovery.log file.
I hope you will solve this issue.

EDIT: it's the same with 3.5.2 and 3.6.0 versions

wipe /data You made backup before installing TWRP?

Author stated: "decryption without lockscreen pin/password (If no lockscreen is set)"
So did had pin/password/fingerprint during TRWP install? If yes You now why it's borked.

At the end of the backup, the following message is displayed:

createTarFork() process ended with ERROR: 255
Backup Failded. Cleaning Backup Folder

However, the backup folder is not deleted, it contains the following files: data.f2fs.win000, ... data.f2fs.win009, recovery.log
I only see these from under TWRP because I can't access the folder after boot.

The recovery.log file can be downloaded here

Thank you, good job. For me, TWRP even works with a swipe gesture. But as soon as I go back into the system and want to go into recovery the next time, the pixel experience recovery is installed again. How can I change that?

You must install recovery from recovery again. Read this tutorial (A/B devices).

I'm pretty sure the Note 10 pro is a non-A/B device. I've always used the non-AB installation and just flashed the recovery image, and it's fine.

I tried both methods but as soon as I booted into the system and switched back to recovery Pixel recovery was installed again. I use the Sweet unrooted with Pixel experience plus version

When You install TWRP :
  1. install twrp ;
  2. at the end of the installation, don't reboot to system but to recovery (twrp itself) ;
  3. after that, You may reboot to system.
    Normally, as it was the case for me (I found this way to work on the net but I can't remember where), your installation of twrp will be retained.

Which OS do you have installed?
