Hi,
I have sdcard as adoptable storage. I flashed your Lineage os 19 and old adopted sdcard is fine inside the os.

But, inside TWRP, sdcard shows only 'placeholder' like folders (Alarm, Downloads, Music, Moives etc) without actual files the sdcard stores.

Kindly check the issue.

Previously, I was using KewL TWRP, switched to this TWRP before flashing los 19. And flashed from adopted sdcard using this recovery. But after reboot from os to recovery, files are not shown anymore.

upload working recovery.img (Skyhawk?) so dev can have look into what makes your Redmi 5 so special + you can always adb pull /tmp/recovery.log even on crashing TWRP

Always stuck in twrp logo while reboot into recovery without any ROM install ... I mean , if you boot into system or recovery without flashing any ROM , then you'll not be able to access recovery until you flash the lower version of twrp via PC ... We need a stable built of twrp

No issues here. Try grabing a log while stuck with adb pull /tmp/recovery.log Also delete your twrp data folder since you're switching between Android 11 and Android 9 based recoveries... Any sdcard?

I haven't tried your latest version of twrp ... I've faced that issue on the previous one ( 3.6.1_11-0 ) ...

i'm explaining what the issue I was faced ... When I wipe everything from advance wipe including data , system , vendor & accidentally boot into recovery or in system , my device bricks into twrp logo ... & I'm unable to go into twrp again & unable to flash ROM again ... Then either had to flash to the official latest twrp version from PC either I had to flash the ROM from PC ...

is this issue fixed in latest version ??? Because my PC is now dead & if again that happens then I'll be unable to recover my ROSY ...

Yes , Samsung SD card was insert ... And most of the times I delete twrp folder data while switching to other ROM or other Recovery project ....

I can't reproduce your issue. Grab some logs next time it happens, and try removing your sdcard to rule out. Also please don't report issues before trying the latest version.
