for now yes , but the problem i got very important data inside my phone and i need to copy it to my pc.
my phone wont boot how can i get it out? plz help..
Get to fastboot, I would plug in usb, hold vol down + power then release power when phone has rebooted.
Download update.zip of your firmware from http://pro-teammt.ru/firmware-database/
Extract update.app from update.zip
Download and open Huawei Update Extractor. Go to the settings tab and disable Header check.
Open update.app in Huawei Update Extractor.
Rightclick and Extract Selected on: Recovery_ramdisk, recovery_vbmeta, recovery_vendor
Flash those using fastboot
fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk RECOVERY_RAMDIS.img
fastboot flash recovery_vendor RECOVERY_VENDOR.img
fastboot flash recovery_vbmeta RECOVERY_VBMETA.img

See if that helps.

If it doesn't want to go to fastboot, wait til phone is completely drained, hold volume down and plug in USB. It should start in fastboot mode.

i think i must wait until someone fix twrp 3.2.3 for mate 9 MHA-L29 runing oreo 8..0.0.373
or may they fix it in the next verion maybe..
Extract kernel.img ramdisk.img and recovery_ramdisk and flash them back, after that, reboot the phone, and before it vibrates, press vol + for various seconds.
It will enter into stock recovery, you'll need to do a factory reset in order to fix the bootloop.

Hi Guys. I'm so excited for this. I've a question. My Huawei Mate 9 MHA-L09 has Android 8.0.0 and EMUI 8.0.0.
This recovery is gonna work right? I thinks yes, but, After the instalation of this Recovery,
Can I install SuperSu to get root?

I'll reponse to myself xD!

I just have installed this recovery perfectly.

Steps:

1.- Obviously and previously, It's needed to unlock the bootloader.
2.- Install the recovery posted in the 1st post, Mate 9 in Fastboot mode. Holding Vol- and Power (Other way is using the ADB command) --> Huawei ON, Enable OEM and Debugging mode and use this command "adb reboot fastboot" ...
3.- Install TWRP from this post, using this coomand in fastboot mode "fastboot flash recovery-ramdisk recovery.img" (*recovery.img is the recovery file from this post. I have changed the name*).
4.- After the command and the console says OK. Hold press VOL+ and Power around 30 Seconds. Hold on until the TWRP screen appears.
5.- Swipe to Allow modifications, Do a Backup of the 3 main important partitions. (Kernel - Ramdiks) Put that back in a SDcard prreviously putted in the phone.
6.- After the Backup, Install the Magisk-v16.0.zip Previously putted in the root of the SDCard and inserted to the phone.
7.- Installed Magisk-v16.0.zip all OK? Reboot and wait a few seconds to the start up.
8.- Check Magisk App in the Menu.
9.- Install from the PlayStore RootCheck and We're Done here.

Credits & Thanks to XDA Forum and MOS guy and a little part for me. Instructions and tested by me.

I can't seem to rename to just twrp_recovery.img After I do, it still shows as a zip file and fastboot won't install it. Anything I am doing wrong? other versions of twrp install fine.

Nevermind, ended up renaming it through the command line and that seemed to work. I was able to flash twrp and decrypt data as well

before saying that it does not work, it would be nice to say the approach you use because my TWRP works perfectly

still flash at the moment and working great ...
Very sorry about the confusion, I was unclear.
I ment that the Link to the Attachment didn't work (Nginx 410 gone) not TWRP itself.
Today it works, sorry about that.
