i have the black shart SKR-A0 (Chinese) and i have unlocked the bootloader and trying to boot TWRP recovery.
i downloaded the img file and run the commad "fastboot boot twrp-3.2.3-0-blackshark.img" but it only restarts the phone and boot normaly. not in Recovery mode
what is wrong?

Dont boot in twrp

Features:
- Decrypt is not working for now
- Backup still have some problems use it carefully

Install guide:
1. Install fastboot tools from google's sdk on your PC
2. Enter fastboot mode
3. Unlock your bootloader
4. Run "fastboot boot recoveryimgfilename.img" in command line (if you want to have it permanently you should flash the installer)
5. If you will flash the installer and you are stock you need also to flash magisk or your phone will not boot again
6. Enjoy it

How to flash a custom Rom:

Boot twrp
Flash rom
Flash twrp installer
Boot twrp
Wipe data & art cache
Flash magisk
Reboot

Tips:
If you alread have a twrp flashed you can only flash the new installer zip to update your TWRP (remember to flash again magisk or your system will not boot).
If you have some problems with backup, like 255 error or something similar please check this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/how-to/255-error-twrp-backup-restore-999-t3801632
For the Bacups use always "system_image" and "vendor_image" instead of "system" and "vendor".

yup before rooting i'm from version G66X1910301OS0MPP unlock bootloader then using this boot img to try flash twrp recovery but not success n causing a bootloop on my fon..juz freeze on the logo n trying many attempts to boot on recovery without any success...found a way to recover from bootloop n then revert back to G66X1909040OS00MPP..sorry for my bad english

I am just like you, I flash the files that have been put in threads back, and I always freeze when restarting after flashing, I cannot find the correct key to root successfully =(

Hello

I tried to root my Black Shark SKR-H0 but it doens't work. I hope someone can help me with it.
if I use : fastboot boot twrp.img it says okay and after that my phone is booting to the system.
if I boot into fastboot and try to flash my twrp.img I got the message FAILED (remote: (recovery_a) No such partition)
Also I can not boot in recovery.

Can someone help me please?
