I am trying to flash it on my CC9Pro Premium, but the xiaomi recovery is still there and TWRP is simply not flashed. Everything looks fine while flashing it via fastboot, but it simply doesn't apply. Any clues?
Hm iirc if you do not boot to TWRP instantly after flashing, MIUI will revert to stock recovery.
After flashing in fastboot, hold "volume up" button and enter "fastboot reboot", see if that helps.

Xioami CC9 pro- Note 10 TWRP is being deleted.

Hello,
We are having a problem.
On Xioami CC9 pro-Note 10 phones, TWRP is launched to GLOBAL original stock rom.
But when android opens, TWRP is automatically deleted.
The original is recovering.

I will be very happy if you help.

I've tried. again and again. always the same result. Deleted. This problem happens in Global and Ea Roms.

I think a tiny update is required.
Thanks

What is the exact problem with vbmeta?

It's a problem of vbmeta, after you flashed the twrp the system will overwrite it with the stock one if you boot directly in the system
Can you please explain the exact problem of the vbmeta here? I am just curious to know what is really happening inside the Android boot!
Is it a problem with vbmeta or is it the property of the vbmeta to restrict any changes in the boot hierarchy?

Can this be disabled by flashing the Force encryption disabler zip file which changes this behavior of vbmeta?

Please correct me if I have a wrong understanding on this topic.

these are th steps that always work when i change from different roms (global to dev, stable)

put your (mi note 10) into fastboot mode
- open command prompt in your fastboot folder
- enter: "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" (without " )
- enter: fastboot boot recovery.img
- enter recovery
- format data partition (not wipe!) (if you get an error reboot to recovery and try again)
- reboot to recovery
- copy the xiaomi rom to your phone and flash it via twrp
- reboot to recovery
- format data partition
- reboot to system

you have to reboot between steps .

Hi @giannisgr41

I used the tWRP of this thread.
I try to update starting from Global stable 11.0.7.0 trying to install xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote10_MICC9Pro_20.2.20_v11-10
Now flashed tucana_eea_global_images_V11.0.11.0.PFDEUXM_20191205.0000.00_9.0_eea and updated to 11.0.13.0 EU global stable.

Grazie

As i said .dev 20.2.20 is android 10 and this twrp is for android 9.with the new dev rom there is a new working twrp from LR team inside the rom.you have to extract it,flash it and then the rom.the global rom is worst for battery and more heavy that 20.2.20 dev.But its your desision what to use.next time try to read carefully the notes on new roms and how to install them.
